hmmm why won't this work

i hav just installed this mod, however it will forumrunner will not recognize the installation of the mod. i have installed the mod manuelly, but i have verified that my part of the installation is correct. any help would be very much appreciated. :D :D :D

I saw your forum in the Forum Manager, but it doesn't look like you uploaded the necessary files.

You need to make sure that there is a "forumrunner" directory off of your main forum directory.

If it's not there, that means you missed something when uploading the files.

yea there is a forumrunner directory. I am pretty sure I have all the right files. wut files in particular confirm to this site that this mod is installed correctly?

If you can visit

http://<your_root_forum>/forumrunner/license.txt

and have it display, that means the files are uploaded properly.

If you can do this, PM me the full URL to the license.txt file and I'll look at it.

I can confirm that the file license.txt is in the forumrunner directory, however when I type in the link above, I get a blank page and it doesn't display. but I don't get an error message about the file not being there either. I am gonna quadruple check my files but I'm pretty sure

Why don't you pm me the full paths that you installed forumrunner into. I might be able to see anything obviously wrong with the install.

found this in error log cod this b the problem? i think it involves a database error. maybe it didnt install rite?

That's definitely part of it. Did you do a manual or automod install?

Either way, at one point you should have run

http://<forumroot>/forumrunner/install.php while you are logged in as an administrator to your site.

This creates the necessary database entries.

Did you do this step?

yes I did run the installation thing

Did it succeed? The above output make it look like there is no table "phpbb_forumrunner_push_users" or "phpbb_forumrunner_push_data" in your database, can you verify these tables were created?
