How to disable guests to read the content on threads?

As I can see this forum is w/o admin/mods.
So how to use your services when you cant support even your own forum?

If you want to disable guest to read the content of threads, you have to modify the forum permissions to remove "Unregistered" permission to read threads.

You cannot do this for just forum runner though - this will affect users from a browser as well.

If you need help figuring out your forum software's permissions, I suggest you contact the support for your forum vendor.
