Problem with hebrew language

Furum runner version 1.7.3
vBulletin 3.8.4
site: www.mazdaclub.co.il/forum (http://www.mazdaclub.co.il/forum)
name on forum runner "MazdaClub Israel"

The problem that the app (iphone 4s) shows only 3 forum categories and not 15.
the second problem is with a wrong characters, my site is in hebrew.

Ugh, looks like a major encoding issue. If you can create a FTP account to the forumrunner directory, I can investigate for you.

The 3 categories you see at the front page are you 3 main categories. If you dive into them you will see the actual forums underneath there.
