I have just joined forum runner but when I go to log into a WW chat it tells me I have logged in four out of five tries I know log in is correct what's wrong? Ninos

It sounds like you have failed entering your password a certain number of times. This should eventually time out. This is sent from the forum so it is not anything we have control over.

Hi can anyone tell me how I can create a new user name and password for the weightwatchers forum as two weeks later I still cannot log on and it's very frustrating not to be able to create new user name and password. It's the DWLZ chat
