permission denied

I keep getting this message, even though it doesnt actually deny me anything - I can still access threads and reply and all that... but it keeps popping up randomly saying "permission denied". Help?

Actually it seems to be happening most when i go to the forumrunner homescreen. Attached a pic:

Did your logins change on one of the forums?
