Can't Verify

Good morning

The error: Error retrieving the return value from your forum. etc. etc.

I've followed all the installation instructions (vbulletin 3.6.8) and everything installed fine but the test identified in other threads with the same question:

http://www.fordforums.com.au/forumrunner/request.php?cmd=version&d=1

returns a blank page but the license.txt test works fine.

Likely means its a site configuration issue. Do you see anything in your server logs when you try to fetch that URL?

There is likely an error being generated but your site settings make it so you don't get displayed errors remotely. So there is little I can do to help without server access. :-)

It says your forum is running vBulletin 3.5.8. We only support vBulletin 3.6.X and above.
