Greek characters are sent as HTML entities

1) vBulletin 4.1.12 forum with no mods or addons.
2) iPhone 4S 5.1
3) Forum Runner 1.5.12
4) Posting a new message / opening new thread.

I'm running a forum that uses ISO-8859-7 encoding.
The database is in greek_general_ci.

Whenever I post something in Greek language from my iPhone I get a parse error. If I tap OK the message/thread is posted but:
a) Forum Runner stays in the same screen as if the message was not sent.
b) The message itself is sent and posted as HTML entities resulting in gibberish.

I also get the parse error whenever I try to search with a term in Greek characters.

After the update to 1.5.13 I still get the parse error when sending a post with Greek characters or searching.

However, now the body of the post is sent correctly, only the title is messed up.

I don't know what was changed or if it was done on purpose but it looks you have taken a step to the right direction.

I'm really looking forward to having this fixed as a lot of our members want to get Forum Runner.
