Problem: Sorry, only administrators can run this file

Hello,

I want to update my forumrunner version manually.

I do this always first on a localhost. (Xampp, phpbb3.) PBPBB3 is running wel on the localhost.

Now I get the mesagge: Sorry, only administrators can run this file.

I'm logged in in My phpbb3 ACP and than I called (in another tab): http://localhost/phpBB3_bmwk/forumrunner/install.php

Can anybody tell me what i'm doing wrong?

Sounds like a user permission and/or cookie issue.

You can edit that file and take the admin check out at the top, but after you run it make sure that you delete that file.

Thanks for your reply. Did the Job.

Problem only occured on my localhost (xampp).For the original website on the internet it wasn't necessary.
