Not Receiving Push Notifications - Page 3

I noticed notifications stopped yesterday too. Logout and back in did not fix the prob either.

I noticed the form Forum Runner forums and push server went down last night, but that was after I noticed push messages stopped.

Maybe a job should be to periodically reset whatever keeps breaking with the push server.

I got a response from a pm to ClemsonJeeper and he said he'd look into it, but he has limited access to the push servers. I'm not sure what that means exactly.

I feel that since vBulletin owns Forum Runner, that they should be providing support.

Perhaps he's "out of office" with no access to all hard/software he needs...

The issue still exists and we are aware of it.

I've filed a ticket for the group that maintains the database servers to look into it, but obviously its taking some time.

Sorry about the trouble - I'll try to get someone on the phone today to actually look at it.
