Cannot play once I upgraded

Played fine with free version, then upgraded. When I try to log in, it keeps rejecting my password. I then request password be emailed to me but it never shows up. Help!

If you are trying to log into an actual forum, then you will need to contact the forum's admin to reset your password. The free version vs paid version is identical when it comes to logging in.
