Support for Bookmarks in phpBB.

The way I understand it, the Subscribed button in the mobile app will filter down to your topic subscriptions, and will show a number of unread when you have unread subscriptions. That's how it works under vBulletin, which I've been using for a long time on some boards that I follow. I subscribe to all the topics that I post to, but without email notifications. I do this because I like to hit the subscribed button to filter down to the topics I've posted to.

I'm running a board on phpBB 3.0.8 though, and it behaves differently. There is no feature on the board to subscribe without email. You always get email. I don't want that, so I don't use subscriptions on this board. But I would still like to be able to look at just the topics I want to, and if I can't do it with the Subscribe feature, I figured I could do it with the Bookmark Thread feature. The problem is that the Subscribed button in the app only does Subscriptions, not Bookmarks.

What I'd like to see is the ablilty to add Bookmarked threads to the Subscription list as well, or else have a Bookmarked button that works just like the Subscribed button. That would be perfect.

Oooh. I kind of like this idea, but for different reasons. I would use it for certain long-running threads that sometimes get bumped a page or four back. If I was able to bookmark it (or even create a "my favorites" icon on the main page) it would be cool.
