More Push Notification Options

I'd like to see those option added to push notifications options for the full version:

-Get push notifications when new topics are posted.
-Get push notifications when new messages are posted.

I'm an admin and my forum isn't a big board, so we get about a few new threads daily. It'd be useful for me to get updates for every new topics, or perhaps for every new posts all accross the forum, not only to subscribed content.

What do you think?

Noted... it will be somewhat difficult to implement this since most default forum installs don't have this feature (notification on new threads) built into it. It will have to be added via hooks or something...
